HR Business Partner & Employee Experience Specialist - Manufacture Brand Culture

Job Summary

Drive HR transformation in a manufacturing setting by aligning brand culture with employee experience, HRIS integration, C&B optimization, and industrial relations excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs aligned with the companys brand culture, tailored to manufacturing environments.

  • Conduct regular culture audits and pulse surveys to ensure cultural alignment across factory teams.

  • Manage compensation & benefits structure, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.

  • Conduct industry-specific salary & benefit benchmarking and update pay structures accordingly.

  • Develop and revise HR policies, SOPs, company regulations (PP), and collective labor agreements (PKB) in alignment with corporate values.

  • Handle industrial relations cases, including conflict resolution, mediation, and compliance with labor laws and government regulations.

  • Implement and maintain HRIS platforms (e.g., Talenta, SAP , Odoo), integrating factory (shift, overtime) and hybrid/remote workforce data.

  • Ensure real-time accuracy of employee records and support data-driven HR decisions.

  • Oversee general affairs operations including facility maintenance, security, and office/pabrik support services.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure service level compliance.

  • Develop and roll out diversity & inclusion strategies such as anti-discrimination policies, cultural sensitivity trainings, and representation programs.

  • Promote inclusive workplace practices across all levels of manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields.

  • Min. 3 years of experience in HRBP or Employee Experience roles within manufacturing or industrial sectors.

  • Proven track record in driving company culture through structured engagement and branding initiatives.

  • Solid knowledge of compensation & benefits management and C&B benchmarking.

  • Experienced in drafting and implementing HR SOPs, labor regulations, and dispute resolution protocols.

  • Familiar with HRIS platforms (Talenta, SAP, Odoo, etc.) and data integration for shift-based and remote teams.

  • Skilled in general affairs administration and vendor coordination.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Passion for company culture development and employee well-being.

  • High sensitivity towards diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
