HR Manager (5-Star Hotel)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with hotel objectives.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all departments.

  • Oversee performance management, employee development, and training programs.

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.

  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, regulations, and hotel standards.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive hotel culture through engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as an HR Manager, preferably within the hospitality or 5-star hotel industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities.

  • A proactive approach to fostering employee well-being and development.
