Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Koja. The role will be responsible to manage day to day HR activities such as

• Recruitment and Onboarding, create job posting on job portal based on each Department needs, screen incoming resumes, call and schedule interviews, manage Offering Letter and salary negotiation with selected candidates, manage Onboarding and contract tailored to each different Department, Notify Department Heads in advance regarding employee contracts due for renewal

• Record employees daily attendances using HR management tools, following up with employees who are absent without prior notices, record and remind Service and Part Team about on-site mechanics and warehouseman roster schedule and leaves on time

• Record employees overtime, salaries, allowances, and BPJS invoices; perform calculations and report the data to the Finance & Accounting Department

• Manage and input new employees data to SIPP BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan Edabu BPJS Kesehatan according to Companys rules and regulations

• Manage, record, and assist in employees quarterly performances appraisal

• Ensure employees concerns and complaints are acknowledge and followed up with appropriate action

• Ensure current HR policies are up to date and comply with current Labor Laws

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields, HR Certification is a plus

• 2-5 years of experiences as HR Generalist

• Up to date with current important Labor Laws

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to multi task and detail oriented

• Able to work with minimal supervision
