Interior designer

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (with occasional remote work flexibility)Employment Type: Contract (8 months)

We are seeking an Interior Designer with 3 years of experience for an 8-month contract in Jakarta. The role involves developing design concepts, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with clients and contractors, and overseeing project execution. Candidates must reside in the Jabodetabek area to be considered. This position offers a salary of IDR 5-6 million per month, occasional remote work, and the chance to work on residential and commercial projects with a professional design team.

We are a design & build company specializing in creating functional, aesthetic, and innovative interior spaces. Our projects span residential and commercial sectors, and we are committed to delivering design solutions that combine creativity, practicality, and client satisfaction.

We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with around 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team on a contract basis for 8 months. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate client needs into inspiring design solutions.

• Develop and present creative interior design concepts, drawings, and 3D visualizations.

• Prepare mood boards, material specifications, and presentation packages.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and design implementation.

• Produce accurate technical drawings and construction documents.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery.

• Keep up-to-date with design trends, materials, and technologies.

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design projects.

• Must reside in the Jabodetabek area.

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting design.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Own a personal laptop for work purposes.

• Have personal transportation for client/consultant meetings (transportation costs can be reimbursed).

Preferred:

• Experience with site supervision and client presentations.

• Portfolio showcasing completed interior projects.

• Contract duration: 8 months

• Salary range: IDR 5,000,000 - 6,000,000 per month (depending on experience)
