About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team at PT Mitra Surya Solusindo, a leading provider of information and communication technology solutions. In this full-time position based in West Bekasi, West Java, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients IT infrastructure and providing top-notch technical support.

Lokasi Kerja (Work Location): Bekasi & Cikarang

Requirements :

• Capable to be an application tester,

• Good communication with team and customers

• Good understanding of computer system,

• Good understanding of mySQL / postgreeSQL database,

• Good understanding of c# / .net language programming,

• Good understanding of web based language programming,

• Good understanding of network system,

• Good understanding of protocol communication (TCP/IP, FTP, Direct/custom protocol),

• Good understanding of API,

Job Descriptions :

• Technical Support & Application Testing - Provide comprehensive IT support to teams and customers while conducting thorough application testing to ensure system functionality and quality before deployment.

• Database & System Administration - Manage and troubleshoot MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, monitor system performance, and assist with backup, recovery, and optimization tasks.

• Programming & Development Support - Utilize knowledge of C#/.NET and web-based programming languages to assist with code reviews, basic modifications, and technical troubleshooting.

• Network & Protocol Management - Maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and resolve communication protocol problems including TCP/IP, FTP, and custom protocols.

• Customer Communication & API Support - Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve technical issues while managing API integrations and ensuring proper system connectivity.
