IT System Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT System Analyst to join our team at PT Supernova Flexible Packaging in Cikarang - Cibitung, West Java. This role is responsible for analysing and optimising our information technology systems to support the overall business objectives.

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT System Analyst.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Strong understanding of UML (Unified Modeling Language) concepts and usage.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Visio and other supporting tools to create mockups.

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

• Conduct assessments of application needs and requirements.

• Prepare functional specifications, User Acceptance Test (UAT) documentation, and other supporting documents to ensure project completion.

• Create detailed and systematic technical specifications for applications.

• Perform application testing and provide feedback during the development stage.

• Act as first-level support to handle initial user inquiries, requests, or issues before escalating to the technical team if necessary.
