Develop a design planning concept for building rejuvenation.
Prepare all necessary drawings for project planning, development permits, and tender documentation.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders throughout the design planning process.
Propose appropriate material specifications for the project.
Review and evaluate material specifications stated in the tender documents.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
Expert in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software
Computer literate (Ms.Office).
Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity.
Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua, Jakarta.
