HR Generalist

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Law, Psychology, or HR Management
• Having more than a year of work experience in related field
• Knowing the basic recruitment process
• Knowing BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu) and BPJS TK (SIPP)
• Understand HRD procedures and General Labor Rules
• Able to work in employee administration carefully
• Fully Covid-19 vaccinated
• Ready to be placed in head office Sukatani, Purwakarta
• Able to join ASAP.

Responsibility:

1. Doing recruitment process to fulfill human resource need Monitoring absence, paid leave, & doing payroll manually
2. Doing administration control to employee document such as making and extend employment aggrement, complement of employee data, archieving, and making letter related to employee;
3. Managing BPJS Kesehatan with Edabu and operating BPJS Ketenagakerjaan with SIPP (Include claming JKK, JKM, JHT)
4. Communicating all related to the employee with HR on sites
