Saat ini PT Citra Palu Minerals sedang membutuhkan kandidat personel yang memiliki motivasi untuk berkembang dan mengejar impian bersama Kami untuk mengisi posisi sebagai:

JUNIOR ENGINEER Bertanggung jawab merancang kegiatan sample, lab testing, field testing sesuai standard yang telah ditentukan. Mengontrol sekuen pemadatan tanah dan sekuen field testing. Memastikan pekerja memahami dan menjalankan SOP, instruksi kerja, dan standar K3LH. Melakukan inspeksi rutin dan mencatat temuan serta tindakan koreksi. Membantu dalam penyusunan gambar, teknis, spesifikasi. Menjalankan dan menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Pertambangan, Pengamanan dan Lingkungan (SMKPPL), serta menjalankan role agar pemadatan dan fiel testing berjalan sesuai standard Internasional.

KUALIFIKASI

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik atau setara (diutamakan Sipil dan pertambangan)
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di pengelolaan tailing atau detoxifikasi
• Mampu berbahasa inggris lisan maupun tertulis
• Pengetahuan teknis yang kuat dan pemahaman tentang prinsip, konsep, dan metodologi teknik
• Kemahiran dalam perangkat lunak CAD, Surpac
• Keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif, baik lisan maupun tertulis, untuk menyampaikan informasi teknis yang kompleks secara jelas dan ringkas
• Kemampuan beradaptasi dan kemauan untuk belajar dan mengembangkan keterampilan baru

Sr. UNDERGROUND MINE PLANNING ENGINEER Responsible for designing and planning underground mine layouts, sequences, and schedules to optimize ore extraction, minimize costs, and ensure safe and efficient mining operations. Design and develop underground mine layouts, including stopes, development, and infrastructure. Estimate ore reserves and resources, and update mine plans accordingly. Develop and optimize mine sequences and schedules to meet production targets. Conduct geotechnical analysis to ensure stable and safe mining operations. Design and optimize ventilation systems to ensure safe working conditions. Work closely with geology, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Collect and analyze data on mine performance, use this information to inform decision-making and drive improvements. Utilize mine planning and software (Deswik) to design and optimize mine plans.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering or related field underground mine planning
• Relevant experience in underground mine planning
• Strong knowledge of mining methods, geotechnical principles, and ventilation systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with mine planning software and technology
• Strong understanding of mining engineering principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

UNDERGROUND PROJECT ENGINEER Responsible for designing, planning, and executing underground mining projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Design and develop underground mining projects, including mine layouts and infrastructure. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Oversee project execution, including procurement, construction, and installation. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including geology, operations, and maintenance, to ensure alignment and effective communication. identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans. Monitor project progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements

QUALIFICATION

• Relevant experience in underground mining project engineering
• Strong knowledge of mining methods, ventilation systems, and safety regulations
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
