Production Supervisor
Job Description:
- Responsible for medical devices production processes
- Production team management
- Collecting data and compiling reports on production
- Ensure all documentation required for regulatory compliance is completed accurately
- Conduct a review of the production process to try to identify areas for improvement
- Communicate intensively with related functions in the company and external partners
Job Requirement:
- At least holding Bachelor degree, with minimum 1 years of similar team leadership working experiences as a production supervisor, preferably majoring in Life Sciences (Medical, Pharmacy, Biology or Biotechnology) or Industrial Technology (Chemical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering) Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Good level of analytical thinking, information seeking, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Understanding in medical devices production process
- Understanding about GMP, CPAKB and other regulations in medical devices production industry
- Understanding Implementation of SHE basic, and Middle in the work areas
