2. Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun di bidang sales/key account, dengan 1-2 tahun pengalaman memimpin tim.

3. Memahami konsep Key Account Management, modern trade, B2B, atau distribusi.

4. Mampu menyusun strategi penjualan & analisis data.

5. Terampil dalam negosiasi kontrak dan program promosi.

6. Leadership & people management.

7. Komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kuat.

8. Problem-solving & decision making.

9. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) dan laporan penjualan.

10. Memiliki SIM A.
