KOL Business Development

What Youll Do:

✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs/influencers for brand campaigns.

✅ Manage and expand a large-scale KOL database to ensure its accurate, updated, and segmented.

✅ Analyze influencer performance data using advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).

✅ Negotiate rates, deliverables, and timelines to meet campaign goals.

✅ Work with marketing teams to match the right KOLs with the right campaigns.

Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in KOL/Influencer Management or Business Development.

• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting).

• Have access to a large and relevant KOL database (mega preferred).

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
