Logistic Transportation Sales Manager (BML - Jakarta)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all transportation activities within the company.

• Identify and create new opportunities to expand market targets, particularly in commercial vehicles for both retail and rental segments.

• Manage prospect lists and regularly follow up with potential clients to identify sales opportunities.

• Stay updated on industry changes and trends to understand competitor strategies and consumer needs.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective strategies for marketing commercial vehicles to customers.

• Prepare logistics management plans, including procurement, maintenance, inventory, equipment, and facilities for commercial vehicles offered for sale or rental.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors degree in any major.

• At least 5 years of experience in 4-wheel Rental Sales (Fleet Sales) or a similar role in a commercial vehicle rental company.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster effective teamwork.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, disciplined, and communicative.

• Willing to be placed in East Jakarta.
