Marketing and Social Media Specialists

Nails Space is looking for a creative, hands-on individual to join our team as an In-House Marketing & Social Media Specialist. This role is perfect for someone whos not only digitally savvy but also loves being on the ground, capturing real moments, creating daily content, and driving both online and offline marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Be present at the studio regularly to capture photo/video content

• Plan and execute both online (Instagram, TikTok, ads) and offline (promos, partnerships, in-store events) marketing campaigns

• Handle full content creation: shooting, editing, posting (Reels, Stories, etc.)

• Coordinate with team for seasonal promos and product features

• Maintain brand voice and visual identity across platforms

• Manage customer interactions via social media

• Track performance and report marketing impact weekly

Requirements:

• Must be based in or willing to work from Canggu, Bali (on-site)

• Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing

• Comfortable with photography/videography using phone or camera

• Proficient in basic editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)

• Able to manage tasks independently and take initiative

• Creative and in tune with beauty & lifestyle trends

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in marketing for beauty, wellness, or fashion brands

• Skills in Meta Ads Manager or influencer coordination
