Marketing Coordinator

Intanah Group develops, manages, and markets premium resorts and villas in Bali, with a strong focus on the destination wedding market. As an established operator and developer, we cater to one of the worlds most sought-after wedding locations. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator as the key liaison between internal sales & marketing teams and external third-party marketing agencies (e.g. social media, content creation, etc.), ensuring smooth communication, timely execution of marketing projects, and effective administrative support.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing coordination or similar role

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Familiar with digital marketing, social media, and content workflows

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe)

• Professional communication skills in English
