Marketing Executive

We are a smart school solution provider with 15+ years of experience. In 2022, we expanded into software — launching a suite of powerful ed-tech products that are already making an impact. Now, were looking for a driven Marketing Associate to lead both our online and offline marketing efforts and help take our software to the next level.

1. Develop and Execute Online Marketing Strategies

• Craft and implement effective digital marketing plans to grow awareness and adoption of our software products.

• Leverage social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and paid ads.

2. Build and Manage TikTok Affiliate Campaigns

• Identify and recruit relevant TikTok KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for product promotions.

• Set up, monitor, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to drive conversions and engagement.

3. Community & Partnership Outreach

• Discover and connect with online communities (forums, Facebook Groups, Discords, etc.) aligned with our target audience.

• Initiate and manage partnerships and collaborations with relevant community leaders or platforms.

4. Lead Offline Marketing Initiatives

• Present and pitch our software to resellers, educational institutions, and direct customers.

• Support and execute offline marketing activities including events, roadshows, and reseller engagement.

5. Support Product Development

• Collaborate with the product team to provide marketing-driven insights and contribute to feature ideation.

• Offer user behavior insights and feedback from community engagements to improve product direction.

• Have 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or community engagement

• Know how to turn content, campaigns, and partnerships into results

• Are confident in public speaking or pitching to groups

• Are a creative thinker with a passion for software, education, or tech 

• Enjoy building something new, and working cross-functionally with product teams

• Bonus: 

  • Youve worked with affiliate programs or TikTok creators before

  • Experience in SaaS, ed-tech, or working with reseller networks
