Marketing Manager
1. Formulate and implement local marketing strategies - Develop localized marketing strategies in alignment with HQ branding direction. - Coordinate annual and quarterly brand campaigns. - Monitor local trends and competitor activities to provide market insights.
2. Oversee digital & social media marketing - plan and manage content for regional social media accounts (e.g., IG, TikTok). - Collaborate with HQ social media team on digital campaigns, live streams, and UGC. - Drive brand exposure and engagement through localized digital strategies.
3. Coordinate offline marketing initiatives - Plan and execute offline campaigns, store openings, roadshows, and campus events. - Coordinate with stores to ensure smooth campaign execution and branding presence. - Establish partnerships with local KOLs, schools, and communities.
4. Data tracking and campaign optimization - Collect sales and campaign data for performance analysis. - Review and optimize marketing initiatives regularly. - Report execution outcomes in HQ marketing reviews.
5. Cross-functional coordination and local team support - Assist in building a local marketing support team. - Train store teams on campaign knowledge and communication guidelines. - Work closely with HQ departments such as design, content, CRM, and app operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in F&B or FMCG marketing, regional role preferred;
- Strong understanding of social media and content planning;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and lead across functions;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data tools;
- Fluent in English
