Job Description

Role: System Analyst

Job Level:

L3 - 6 to 9 years

Responsibilities:

- Setup and maintain application Infrastructure in Unix, Windows and Oracle environment.

- Coordinate OS & DB patching in lower env to help complete in Prod env

- Implementation of Expertise in Middleware concepts [ Apache, Weblogic etc.] SSL/SSH SFTP

- Troubleshoot BAU issues for failures and provide workaround and permanent solution

- AML system changes/production fixes Design, Development and Unit Testing

- Manage and work with vendor teams to successfully deliver enhancements for AML systems

- Manage and work with stakeholders during all phases of system changes delivery

- Coordinate and plan with Infra and change management teams for application deployment activities in DevOps environment.

- Effect system changes into test and production environments by following application change implementation process via the Bitbucket, Jenkins and Aldon change management tools

- Conduct technical delivery/process knowledge and best practices sharing/training sessions with internal teams to raise teams competency level.

Requirements:

- Good written and verbal communication skills and analytical ability System enhancements delivery experience in the banking industry

- Hands on experience in design and configurations/development work

- In depth knowledge of infrastructure services with Expertise in Middleware concepts [ Apache, Weblogic etc.] SSL/SSH SFTP, Database,

- Experience in leading, with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users as part of change delivery or defects fixes work

- Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL design and development skills

- Strong Java/ Javascript knowledge

- System delivery Operational impact awareness

- Ability to understand SLA / KPI and deliver items within correct time

space

- Ability to have vendor interaction and management skills

- Any working experience with AML applications (eg. Fircosoft, Actimize. NR Detica) or Linux environment background
