New Media Online Promotion Manager

Job Responsibilities

  1. Take full ownership of FUFULANDs online promotion on TikTok and Instagram, hitting monthly/quarterly KPIs for reach, engagement, and revenue.

  2. Lead influencer collaborations on TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms; secure and deliver a set number of creator videos every month.

  3. Build and scale a multi-channel media matrix and establish an in-house talent pool that truly represents our brand.

  4. Deep-dive into target-user insights and market demand to continuously refine promotional strategies.

  5. Regularly review campaign data, propose targeted optimizations, and take end-to-end accountability for final video output and view-based performance.

Requirements

  1. Fluent in English or Chinese; 1+ years of hands-on growth/marketing experience with a strong grasp of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, ad-buying tactics, and best practices.

  2. Proven track record of successful online product launches; experience building channels from 0 → 1 is a big plus.

  3. Data-driven mindset with expertise in ROI analysis and user-growth modeling; able to set promotion budgets independently and control costs.

  4. Strong resource-integrator: priority given to candidates who already have a network of F&B KOLs or high-precision traffic sources.

  5. Highly goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, and comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-heavy environment; prior team leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience preferred.
