Operation Service Supervisor (Timika)
Responsible for managing daily branch operations, including cash management, transaction authorization, and reporting in compliance with banking regulations. Safeguard financial documents, oversee teller and customer service performance, ensure accurate balancing and reconciliation, and uphold service quality standards.
Qualifications:
Preferably a Bachelors degree (S1) in any major.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Operation Supervisor in the Banking industry.
Proficient in Teller and Customer Service operations.
Strong knowledge of the banking industry.
Holds a Risk Management certification according to the level regulated by Bank Indonesia.
Detail-oriented and able to work with a fast pace.
Strong communication skills and computer proficiency, at least Microsoft Office.
Good individual management and leadership skills, especially in task delegation and coaching.
Willing to be placed in Timika, Papua
