Operational Assistant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operational Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mall management, retail, or hospitality, with proven leadership skills in overseeing daily operations, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring excellent service standards. This role requires strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to operational management.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure efficiency in workflows by monitoring and optimizing business processes.

  • Support the Operations Manager in implementing strategies to improve productivity, streamline operations, and costs optimization.

  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address inefficiencies.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

  • Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and supply chain activities to ensure efficient resource allocation and prevent shortages or excess stock.

  • Handle administrative tasks, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and overseeing documentation to ensure operational transparency.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, implementing solutions to maintain business continuity and enhance overall efficiency. 

Qualification: 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in mall management, retail, or hospitality industries.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

  • Experience in handling facility management, customer service, and vendor coordination.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.

  • Able to handle outdoor area

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
