Operational Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our dynamic team at Nabe Hospitality Management in Badung, Bali. As a full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality business, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

What youll be doing

• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to maintain high standards of service

• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or queries in a timely and professional manner

• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business plans, budgets, and strategic initiatives

What were looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Leader role

• Housekeeping or Room Division background

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

• Proficient in budget management, financial analysis, and data-driven decision making

• Thorough understanding of hospitality operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
