Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our eco park & resort. As a key member of our team, youll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing our staff, and maintaining our high standards of guest service. This is a contract position based in North Jakarta.

What youll be doing

1. Develop and implement operational strategies to meet established goals and objectives

2. Manage and coordinate the activities of various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance and outdoor recreation to ensure a seamless guest experience

3. Manage budgets and resources to achieve operational efficiency

4. Ensure high standards of guest service and resolve any issues promptly

5. Ensure the park & resort facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition

6. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

7. Liaise with other managers and departments to address issues and implement solutions

8. Oversee the training and development of park & resort staff to maintain high standards of service

9. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

10. Implement and maintain sustainable practices and initiatives

What were looking for

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operations management role within the hospitality or tourism industry

2. Strong knowledge of eco park & resort operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, F&B operations and outdoor recreation

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

5. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of diverse skills

6. Knowledge of sustainable practice and initiatives

7. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

8. Proficient in using management software and technologies

9. Bachelors degree in hospitality management or a related field

10. Proficient in English

11. Able to work at weekends and public holiday
