• Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini

• Minimum education: Culinary Vocational School (SMK) or Diploma in Culinary Arts/Hospitality.

• 1-2 years of pastry experience (junior level)

• Skilled in pastry techniques: puff pastry, choux, tarts, croissants, cakes, and decoration.

• Detail-oriented, clean, creative, and able to work efficiently and neatly.

• Able to follow recipes accurately and maintain product quality in taste and presentation.

• Familiar with professional pastry equipment.

• Disciplined, honest, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team.
