Product Development

Job Description:

• Develop, maintain, and improve software systems and applications across web and/or mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using up-to-date programming languages and frameworks.

• Design and manage database systems, ensuring data integrity, optimization, and scalability.

• Conduct software testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Assist in the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of products after launch.

• Create and maintain documentation related to system architecture, code structure, and APIs.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve product quality and development efficiency.

• Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software or system development.

3. Experience in building and developing software systems

4. Proficient in modern programming languages

5. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team (including UI/UX, QA, PMs, and DevOps).

6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

7. Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn emerging technologies

8. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
