Project Admin Estimator Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Support project teams by managing and centralizing planning contract submissions and purchase order input from the sales team

  • Assist in basic project estimations, ensuring documentation aligns with internal benchmarks and cost references

  • Coordinate closely with the sales, estimator, and project execution teams to ensure timely and accurate PO processing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, databases, and internal records

  • Prepare, verify, and submit relevant documentation to support project planning and execution stages

  • Monitor project admin timelines, track outstanding items, and provide regular status updates

  • Ensure documentation complies with internal procedures and quality standards

Requirements:
  • Minimum D3 degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

  • 1+ years of experience in project administration, estimation support, or similar roles

  • Familiarity with the construction, interior, or general contracting industry is a strong plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable handling spreadsheets and project templates

  • Strong administrative skills and a sharp eye for detail and accuracy

  • Able to work independently, manage tasks under pressure, and meet tight deadlines

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

  • Basic understanding of estimation principles and PO workflows is preferred
