Project Install Track Specialist

Job Description:

1. Analyze and optimize furniture installation workflow for efficiency.

2. Develop and implement strategies to reduce installation times and improve quality.

3. Establish KPIs and conduct field audits to ensure operational effectiveness.

4. Research new technologies and methods to enhance service delivery.

5. Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-4 years of experience as furniture technician

2. Proven ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills.

4. Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools will be a plus point

5. Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
