Project Logistic Finance Controller

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, monitoring, and reporting for assigned projects to ensure alignment with budget, forecast, and company objectives.

• Prepare and review project cost analysis, profitability reports, and variance explanations.

• Monitor cash flow, billing schedules, and payment collections to maintain healthy project finances.

• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and project teams to track actual costs against project budgets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for project decision-making.

• Coordinate with external and internal auditors on project-related financial matters.

• Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for projects.

-Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or project-based industry.

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, project accounting, and budget management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
