Purchasing Admin
Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties related to purchasing and procurement processes
Input invoices into the system accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure all documents related to purchasing are complete and accurate
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding documentation
Assist in preparing reports and presentations when needed
Qualifications:
Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through with tasks independently
Neat, meticulous, and responsive to fast-paced workflow changes
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in administrative or purchasing roles is a plus
