Purchasing Admin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties related to purchasing and procurement processes

  • Input invoices into the system accurately and in a timely manner

  • Ensure all documents related to purchasing are complete and accurate

  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding documentation

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations when needed

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through with tasks independently

  • Neat, meticulous, and responsive to fast-paced workflow changes

  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Experience in administrative or purchasing roles is a plus
