Job Title: Purchasing Staff

Job Responsibilities:- Source, negotiate, and purchase high-quality food ingredients, beverages, and restaurant supplies at competitive prices. - Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and distributors to ensure timely deliveries. - Monitor inventory levels and anticipate purchasing needs to prevent shortages or excess stock. - Compare prices, quality, and delivery terms to secure the best deals. - Process purchase orders (POs), track deliveries, and verify invoices for accuracy. - Work closely with kitchen, bar, and operations teams to align purchases with demand. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory reports.

About Us:Hungry Group is a rapidly expanding restaurant group with 5 branches across Bali, operating under the brands Oh My Thai, Okaeri Japanese Restaurant, and Thaiphoon. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality dining experiences and are looking for a proactive Purchasing Staff to ensure efficient procurement of goods and supplies.

Requirements:- Fresh graduates welcome!- Prior experience in procurement, F&B purchasing, or inventory management is a plus. - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (for tracking orders, budgets, and reports). - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. - Basic understanding of F&B ingredients, perishables, and supply chain logistics. - Willing to work onsite in Dewi Sri, Legian.
