QA Assistant Technician

We are seeking a dedicated QA Assistant Technician to join our team at PT Dynacast Indonesia (Batam) in Batam, Riau Islands. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the high quality of our manufacturing processes and products. As the QA Assistant Technician, you will play a vital part in upholding our exceptional standards and supporting the continuous improvement of our operations.

What youll be doing

- Conducting thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and final products to verify adherence to quality standards

- Documenting and maintaining detailed quality control records, including test results and nonconformance reports

- Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner

- Assisting in the implementation and continuous refinement of quality control procedures and systems

- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control practices

- Participating in quality improvement projects and initiatives

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality, health, and safety regulations

What were looking for

- Senior High School or Diploma in a relevant field, such as quality assurance or quality control

- 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Have competency in CMM program (must)

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality control documentation (GD & T)

- Support in process inspection, FA, COA, and FIC activity

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate quality records

- Proficient in the use of quality control equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and testing instruments

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues

- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with production staff

- Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
