Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service experience

  • Ability to manage multiple reservations and tasks efficiently

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, especially in reservation management

  • Familiarity with reservation software and platforms

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively

  • Problem-solving skills for booking issues and guest concerns

  • Experience in the hospitality industry (preferred)
