Were on the lookout for an experienced Outlet Leader to oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure smooth service aligned with our core values of quality, sustainability, and connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations, maintaining service excellence and adherence to internal guidelines

  • Lead by example—guide, train, and support the team to deliver consistent and efficient service

  • Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure availability while reducing waste

  • Track outlet performance, including sales targets and cost controls

  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the outlet

  • Coordinate with marketing to roll out campaigns and events that engage the community and boost traffic

  • Integrate and encourage eco-friendly practices across all activities

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a leadership role within F&B, ideally in a restaurant or café environment

  • Strong team leadership and staff development skills

  • Friendly, service-focused attitude with a passion for delivering a great guest experience

  • Confident in English communication

  • Stay in Bali and open to working in Ubud

  • Ready to start immediately
