About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. CANTINA MEXICANA BALI in Canggu Kuta Utara, Bali. As our Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant Mexican restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the overall success of the business.

What youll be doing

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting

• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant

• Lead and motivate a team of talented servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers

• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive profitability

• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to maintain a smooth supply chain and cost-effective operations

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements

What were looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry

• Proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume restaurant operation, with a focus on improving efficiency and profitability

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach

• Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development

• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis

• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements in the hospitality industry

• Willing to be placed in Canggu
