Sales & Customer Service Manager (Full Time) - Bali Based
We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Manager who is both heart-centered and results-driven. This is not a purely administrative role. You will be:
The first point of contact for people considering a journey with us.
A guide who listens deeply, connects authentically, and inspires trust.
A sales professional who understands funnels, conversions, and follow-ups - and isnt afraid to own revenue goals.
The right candidate balances care and clarity with sales skills and accountability.
What Youll DoPre-Sales & InquiriesManage and respond to retreat, training, and private session inquiries via email and booking platforms.
Guide potential clients from curiosity to committed booking.
Collaborate with Marketing to create/update listings, content, and reviews.
Develop and optimize sales funnels.
Maintain and improve templates for smooth, consistent communication.
Provide accurate payment information and confirmations.
Troubleshoot payment issues and support seamless client transactions.
Track bookings, cancellations, refunds, and payment flows (with Finance).
Work with Sales Lead to continuously optimize systems and automations.
Answer pre-arrival questions, send FAQs and forms, ensure timely completion.
Coordinate handovers to onsite team (WhatsApp groups etc.).
Follow up with guests and graduates to foster alumni community and repeat bookings.
Collaborate on alumni engagement and retention initiatives.
Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in sales flow.
Track and report on conversion rates, revenue contributions, and client feedback.
Participate in weekly/bi-weekly team check-ins.
Maintain transparency in workload, schedule, and task completion
Proven experience in sales or customer acquisition (ideally hospitality, wellness, retreats, or conscious businesses).
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Fluent English and excellent written communication.
Comfortable with CRM/communication tools (Trello, Slack, Excel, WhatsApp groups).
Calm under pressure, able to hold multiple conversations with grace.
Independent worker who thrives in a collaborative, heart-led team.
Knowledge of yoga, mindfulness, or conscious communities is a plus.
Experience in marketing or guest relations is a strong advantage.
