Sales Data Support

• Maintain accurate sales data and ensure completeness and real-time updates in the system.

• Prepare sales reports, stock reports, and other data to be regularly reported to the relevant departments.

• Supporting the sales team by coordinating meetings and preparing presentations

• Follow up on customer feedback and coordinate with other related departments.

• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelors Degree of any major

• Fresh graduates or experience 1-2 years working experience as Sales Data/Sales Support

• Proficient in using Ms. Office

• Active and has a high level of enthusiasm for work

• Responsible, meticulous, able to work in under pressure, and have a good time management skill

• Able to work in team

• Mandarin language proficiency is a plus

• Willing to be placed Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
