Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.

• 2-5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and quotation systems.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand customer technical needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in general automation, manufacturing, machine upgrade, etc.

• Understanding of sales project handover processes.

• Knowledge of ERP and integrated order management systems.
