Sales Executive (Surabaya)

Requirement:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as sales in shipping or logistics industry 

• Excellent command in spoken and written English, able to speak and write in mandarin will be considered a plus

• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

• Microsoft Office computer skills to perform essential job functions

• Position is open for Surabaya

Responsibilities:

• This position is primarily focused on Indoor Sales, focusing on client acquisition and sales support from within the organization.

• Implement policies that have been established by the Sales Manager and Sales Supervisor / Coordinator in carrying out daily activities.

• Approach to consumers in accordance with sales plans.

• Research and examination of the condition of consumers for feasibility.

• Updating Sales Call Report daily basis. 

• Complete data and update customer information contained in Customers Data.

• Handle daily sales routine, canvassing, demurrage, etc

• Handle complaints or inquiries from third parties on matters relating to Sales operations.

• Cooperate with other parties to ensure the smooth operation of the Company.

• Performs other tasks requested by his superiors.
