Sales Executive

PT. Triplus Hitech, a foreign Injection Molding Manufacturer in Batam, Kepulauan Riau Indonesia is hiring a Sales Executive!

The job description of a sales coordinator is as follows:

• Oversee the order processing cycle, from order entry to fulfillment. Ensure accuracy in order details, follow up on order status, and communicate with clients regarding delivery schedules.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Assist in resolving customer issues and managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction

• Generate and maintain sales reports, track key performance metrics, and assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain team to manage stock, and ensure that sales representatives have the necessary resources to meet customer demands.

• Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing annual customer satisfactory surveys

• Prepare and discuss with customer regarding new RFQ, costing and quotation

• Processing new project inquiry

• Manage customer PO and arranging delivery schedule

• Work closely with various departments including Planning, Production, QC, Warehouse, Purchasing and Engineering to meet customer requirement

• Provide professional customer service and communication to customers

An ideal candidate for the job would be someone who:

• Bachelors Degree from any major (Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred)

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic injection molding company

• Posses attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for this role
