About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT.GREEN NET INDONESIA. In this contract role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives that support the overall growth and success of our organization. Based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a key part in streamlining our operations and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our sales and marketing strategies.

What youll be doing

  • Manage and analyst sales data, using insights to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decision-making

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, providing stakeholders with up-to-date performance metrics and analytics

  • Support the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring effective execution and tracking of results

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the efficiency of sales and marketing processes

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to drive operational excellence

  • Assist with the creation of sales and marketing collateral, ensuring consistent branding and messaging

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed

What were looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing operations role, preferably within the Sales and Analysis & Reporting industries

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights

  • Proficient in using sales and marketing automation tools, as well as data analysis software

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset

  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
