Sales Marketing

Qualification:

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Min. D3, in Industrial Engineering / Engineering / Business related Fields.

• Minimum 3 years experience in sales marketing.

• Experienced in stamping company will be priority

• Have good communication skills, high integrity, good teamwork, initiative, proactive, and curious.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skill.

• Able to communicate with Japan (Point Plus)

• Can drive and have a driving license

Main Responsibility:

• Searching for and determining target markets, including implementing strategies for searching for target market information data.

• Develop a marketing strategy plan to reach the target market.

• Responsible for the offers and services provided to customers.

• Manage sales team to get new customer, manage sales achievement and maintain current customers.

• Collaborating with the project team to develop a new projects.

• Responsible for all planning, budgeting, implementation and results of Marketing and Sales activities carried out by the Company.

• Responsible for Marketing performance and work results.
