JOB PURPOSE :

The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that our premium F&B products are listed in all required stores and presented in a way that is visually appealing, promotes sales, and aligns with the companys standards. They will coordinate with the sales team, check price tags, manage product displays, monitor stock levels, and maintain relationships with retail clients.

Premium F&B product listed consist of jam, pasta, butter, syrup, cookies, many more.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have min. 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in Retail

• Any degree is open to apply, but university graduates is a point plus

• Active driving license compulsory (SIM C)

• Familiar work with Ms. Office

• Able to communicate in English is a plus point

• Initiative, good team player as well as independent and self-driven

• Ability to build good relationships, both externally and internally 

• Willing to mobile to retail locations, working in-store, and occasional weekend or holiday shifts during promotions or peak seasons

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Ensure all store listings are finalized and products are displayed according to brand guidelines and promotional plans.

• Regularly update displays to reflect promotions, new products, and seasonal themes while maintaining clean, attractive product arrangements.

• Track stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and ensure correct pricing and labelling of products, removing expired or damaged items.

• Build positive relationships with store managers and retail staff, acting as the point of contact for merchandising-related queries.

• Implement promotional operations, display marketing materials, and assist with in-store events or tastings.

• Conduct regular store visits, provide detailed reports, and suggest improvements based on competitor analysis and store observations.
