Sales Project (B2B Sales) - Surabaya
Qualification:
1. Bachelors degree in engineering (Air Conditioning and Heating (HVAC)) Sales & Marketing, or any other related majors
2. At least 1 years of working experience as a sales in HVAC industry or at least 2 years as a sales engineer in other related industry
3. Have a good product knowledge in the commercial air conditioner product
4. Have a wide networking in HVAC, Commercial AC partners, MEP, contractor, sub contractor, dealer, project owner or other related parties
5. Good Communication skill, negotiation skill.
6. Competent in presentations and demonstrations to B2B project related parties.
7. Fresh graduates (engineering majors) are welcome to apply
8. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
Job Desk :
- Actively seek out potential customers, establish and maintain good relationship with customer, and understand their respective needs
- Regulary attend industry events, network and build industry relationships
- Maintain existing customer relationship and solve customer problem
- Communicate with customers on project requirement; provide professional advice and facilitate project cooperation
- Follow up project progress, collect customer feedback, summarize project information and report to branch manager
- Periodically understand the market situation of each competing product, collect and summarize the information
- As an after sales service assistance for customer projects
