Sales Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications :

1. Bachelors degree (preferable in Management, Business Management, and related field).

2. Must be able to use Mandarin, both active and passive.

3. Minimum 3 years experience in sales supervisor position.

4. Minimum 1 year experience in acrylic product market in sales division.

5. Must have C level drivers license, A level drivers license is a plus.

6. Experience in managing team.

7. Able to use microsoft office.

8. Willing to travel when needed.

9. Willing to work with target.

Job Description :

1. Managing and monitoring sales team visit route.

2. Responsible for sales including stocks, delivery, and payment.

3. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly report of related position product sales.

4. Create product sales and stock forecast.

5. Make sure to achieve monthly target for sales team.

6. Responsible for meeting and marketing strategy with sales team.

7. Make sure to maintain good relation with customer.

8. Keep update of market needs and make sure to have plan a step ahead.
