Role Overview

As our Sales Support, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Labyrinth by supporting the sales process from end to end. You will handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and provide both offline and online sales support across OTA, E-commerce, and corporate channels. Your ability to build strong client relationships, apply effective sales techniques, and stay ahead of market trends will help position Labyrinth as a leader in the attraction and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle corporate, MICE, government, and travel agent accounts, including offline upselling.

  • Provide online sales support through OTA and E-commerce platforms.

  • Manage the full sales call process and respond to client inquiries promptly.

  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for clients.

  • Apply strong negotiation, presentation, and sales techniques to maximize opportunities.

  • Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster long-term client relationships.

  • Conduct market trend monitoring and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.

  • Work towards achieving sales targets with a result-oriented mindset.
