Job Description:

• Actively improve relationships with Carter customers, responsible for communication, development, and follow-ups with Carter customers for business development.

• Responsible for retaining existing Carter customers, increasing their potential, and developing relationships with current Carter customers.

• Maintain strong relationships with Carter customers for future opportunities, conduct regular customer visits, understand and collect customer needs, and provide timely feedback on Carter customer requests.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.

• Must have knowledge and understanding of FTL, FCL, and similar services.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong leadership skills, good communication, and a responsible attitude.

• Able to work with targets.
