Senior Operations System Analyst

Job Description:

• Data-Driven Insight: Collect, process, and analyse complex operational data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and generate clear, concise business insights for the Head of Operations.

• System Development Support: Collaborate with the Head of Operations to develop and enhance information that streamline operational processes, improve data accuracy, and support stragegic decision-making.

• Reporting & Visualization: Create compelling reports and data visualizations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Process Improvement: Assist in indetifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies within existing operational workflows and contribute to the development of more effective solutions.

• Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct various ad-hoc analyses as needed to support strategic initiatives and address urgent operational challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a related field.

• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.

• Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)

• Experience with or understanding of information system development methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
