Senior Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for content planning and execution across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook; create engaging original content to rapidly grow followers and boost engagement.

2. Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual campaigns on official social media accounts to enhance brand exposure and build an active follower base through effective content and campaign operations.

3. Research and analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, identify trending topics, and develop creative content strategies accordingly.

4. Efficiently coordinate internal and external resources, collaborate with the team to drive social media projects forward, and ensure smooth content creation and promotion processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree or above; minimum 3 years of social media operation experience in the FMCG industry; strong proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English; experience with AI tools is a plus.

2. Passionate about content creation and viral marketing, with proven experience managing successful social media accounts independently.

3. In-depth understanding of social media platform algorithms and the ability to quickly identify platform trends.

4. Capable of producing high-quality content independently, with some video production skills; able to optimize content strategies based on data insights with a strong results-driven mindset.

5. Strong execution and project management skills; passionate about social media trends with sharp market insights and the ability to respond quickly to changes.
