Location: Petojo, Central Jakarta (Head Office)

Job Description:

  • Prepare and issue sales tax invoices in strict accordance with applicable tax regulations.

  • Review, validate, and process purchase tax invoices to ensure accurate tax crediting.

  • Prepare, submit, and maintain documentation for Withholding Tax (Income Tax Articles 23 and 4(2)).

  • Prepare and process monthly Income Tax Article 25 payment slips in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive tax database to support annual tax reporting and audits.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of tax-related data and documentation.

  • Stay abreast of updates to tax legislation and ensure timely implementation of necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female, maximum 35 years old.

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related major from a reputable university.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in taxation.

  • Experienced in preparing tax invoices (e-Faktur), Withholding Tax (PPh 23 and 4(2)), and monthly tax reporting.

  • Proficient in e-Faktur, DJP Online, and CoreTax applications.

  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.

  • Understanding of accounting journal entries.

  • Prior experience in a trading or distribution company is an advantage.

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

  • Willing to work on-site from Monday to Saturday.
