Short Video Specialist
Responsibilities:
1.Shoot short video content aligned with the companys business needs, ensuring consistency with brand image and market positioning.
2.Oversee post-production for short videos on major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.), including editing, effects, audio processing, and subtitles, ensuring high-quality output.
3.Monitor post-publishing video performance metrics, analyze audience feedback, and optimize content and production processes.
4.Assist other departments with video production needs, providing technical support and creative input.
Requirements:
1.Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in cosmetics or related industries. Background in film production, advertising, or new media is a plus.
2.Passionate about short video creation with substantial hands-on experience in shooting and editing.
3.Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and effects tools. 4.Keen eye for visual elements like color grading, composition, and pacing, capable of independent post-production work.
5.Strong communication and teamwork skills, resilience under pressure, and innovative thinking to experiment with new techniques and styles.
